Kathryn Quetel has helped to grow the Law Offices of Bornstein & Bornstein for the past fifteen years. Kathryn’s area of practice focuses on real estate, specializing in landlord-tenant law, matters arising before the SF Rent Board, negotiating tenant buyouts for purposes of sale of properties, and real estate litigation. Kathryn also works closely with several of the Bay Area’s largest residential and commercial property management companies.
Prior to joining Bornstein & Bornstein, Kathryn served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ishmael Meyers of the US Virgin Islands Superior Court.
Ms. Quetel is a member of both the State Bar of California and the US Virgin Islands Bar Association.
She is a graduate of the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampshire College.
