One part of your Chart intrigued me. It says if a tenant is not under Rent Control then there is No Relocation Payment Obligation. Am I reading that correctly? We are trying to sell a Single Family House in SF with tenants in it but the tenants assume they are under rent control b/c when they moved in, 10 yrs ago, the lower illegal unit was rented out but that is no longer the case. That illegal unit is now just a storage area and has been for the past several years.
